## About Düren Coffee Roastery
Founded in 2019, Düren Coffee Roastery started as a one-bag-a-week passion project in a garage on Wirtelstraße. Today we roast up to 200 kg per week on our 15 kg Giesen drum roaster.
Our founders, Lisa and Markus Bauer, spent five years working in specialty coffee in Berlin before moving back to their hometown of Düren with a clear mission: bring world-class single-origin coffee to the Eifel and Rhineland region.
